It has the status of a public institution of scientific and technological character endowed with legal personality and administrative and financial autonomy and placed under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research3. It plays an important interface and support role in the implementation of the valorisation process and the transfer of research results4. This national organization’s main mission is to offer services to professionalize the management of scientific research activities within the framework of an effective and impartial partnership with socio-economic operators. The agency’s mission is notably to assist public research structures in the areas of valorization of scientific research and to support the emergence of the Tunisian national innovation system, along three main lines5,6: Support for programs and research projects; Support for interfacing structures; Provision of services to facilitate the transfer under the public-private partnership.
